VocShop 4DATA Timeclock is simply a pc based touch screen application that duplicates the function of a standard time clock. A touch screen and magnetic card reader are the only input devices. It is not possible to enter invalid data. It is truely simple. Swipe the employee card and touch the screen in the appropriate button location 3 times, the transaction is complete!

As the employee approaches the screen he or she is presented with this screen.

• The Employee swipes his ID card and the following screen appears.

• Touching the appropriate contract or non paid activity pops up the task screen.

• The employee gets the following validation screen and is clocked in. Touching the "OK button takes them back to the opening screen and the program is ready for the next transaction.
