Changes and Enhancements in this version:

4Data4 for Windows is a PC Windows data collection utility based on the popular VocShop 4Data Palm data entry program. Users experienced with 4Data palm will have an easy time transitioning to 4Data for WIndows. Compared with version 3 of 4Data, version 4 has several new features.

Major New Features

• Group time entry allows the 4Data user to easily make time entries for a group of workers at once. This is particularly useful for operations like entering "Lunch" for everyone, or entering prototype time cards for everyone who works together on a team.
• Any number of lines may be "bulk entered"
• Any number of workers may be selected for bulk entry
• 4Data prevents accidental duplicate records when bulk entering cards
• Missing Units can now be detected and corrected. Pay Methods are displayed on the time entry screen allowing interactive error correction of missing units on piece rated jobs and the reporting of missing units on the error reports.
• Missing cards screen allows review of workers without time cards
• Filter function displays on screen only those time cards with potential errors
• Overlapping time errors are caught
• Missing Units errors are caught
• Missing time in and time out errors are caught

• Enhanced error checking reports missing units on units jobs

• Enhanced error checking reports work by job to allow review of units totals
• Longer ( 9 Digit ID possible ) supervisor ID's
