4DATA Desktop Data Collection Interface |

4DATA Desktop is the data import/export program, which communicates between Graphic Activity Tracker and GAT's growing number of data collection alternatives. Desktop extracts current data from Graphic Activity Tracker databases on employees and job codes. The extracted file is imported to the data collection device providing employee number and job code validation as data is entered at on the data collection device.
At the end of shift or time period of your choice payroll data flows from the data collection device to 4DATA Desktop. The same sync operation transfers current job code and employee data from 4DATA Desktop to the data collection device. The data collection device is then ready for the next days activity data.
