Graphic Activity Tracker is fundamentally a time and attendance program. The core functionality is efficient automated tracking of who did what, when, and with whom. Notice that each activity record has detailed information gathered from the system for these tasks. The information populates the form automagically with simple to collect data flowing from automated data collection systems. Data collected for each activity is Supervisor ID.... Employee Number..... Customer, Contract, Task Number .... Time In.... Time Out...... Units and Job Code if appropriate. See the 4DATA data collection section of this page for efficient method alternatives.
- Who: GAT tracks an individual activity record by Empl. # and name
- did What: Customer, contract, task data is recorded for each paid and non paid actvity
- When: GAT records the work date, time in, and time out for each activity.
- and with Whom: Supervisor Identity (the first entry in the table above.)
